Renew You Health & Medical Spa is a licensed medical spa located at 1420 W 12600 S, STE 201, Riverton, UT 84065. We provide medical aesthetic services, wellness treatments, and retail skincare products. Our services are supervised by licensed medical professionals in compliance with Utah state law.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• All medical and aesthetic treatments require a consultation and provider approval prior to service.
• You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and prior treatments during your consultation.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and/or removal from future scheduling.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the provider's discretion.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet health and safety requirements or engages in inappropriate conduct.

4. Retail Products & E-Commerce

Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
• Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on retail skincare products. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
• Items must not have been excessively used, altered, or damaged by the customer to qualify for return.
• We do not accept returns on products purchased from third-party retailers.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of return receipt.
• Promotional, gifted, or complimentary items are non-refundable.

5. Membership & Subscription Programs

Renew You offers membership and Subscribe & Save programs subject to their own terms presented at enrollment. In general:

• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual who enrolled.
• Membership benefits may change with 30 days' written notice.
• Subscribe & Save subscriptions can be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard with no penalty.
• Unused service credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

6. Rewards Program

Participation in the Renew You Rewards Program is subject to program terms. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice.

7. Affiliate & Discount Codes

Discount and affiliate codes are valid only for the products and time periods specified. Codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Misuse of codes, including unauthorized sharing or fraudulent redemption, may result in cancellation of the order and termination of affiliate status.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and formulation information — is the property of Renew You Health & Medical Spa and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials to us, you grant Renew You a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in any format for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renew You Health & Medical Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, adverse effects, or dissatisfaction with results.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable opt-in box(es) on our SMS sign-up page (renewyouskincare.com/SMSOptIn) or at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Renew You Health & Medical Spa as described below. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Program 1 — Promotional SMS

• Messages may include special offers, new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and loyalty program updates.
• Message frequency varies; typically 2–6 messages per month.
• To stop receiving promotional messages, reply STOP to any promotional text. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent under this program.

Program 2 — Order & Shipping Notifications

• Messages include order confirmations, shipment tracking updates, and delivery notifications.
• Message frequency depends on order activity; typically 2–4 messages per order.

Program 3 — Appointment Reminders & Scheduling

• Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates for your spa services.
• Message frequency depends on appointment activity; typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

General SMS Disclosures

• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS messages are delivered via Twilio, Inc. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
