Tamra Condie is the vibrant founder and inspiring force behind Renew You Health and Medical Spa. As a certified nurse practitioner fueled by a love for aesthetics and wellness, Tamra breathes fresh energy into skincare and healthcare alike.

With expertise as a medical practitioner, injector, and skincare formulator, she brings a rare blend of clinical skill and creative passion to every patient she serves.

Her healthcare journey began in 2007 at a surgery center in Rexburg, Idaho, and evolved with a move to Utah in 2012. There, she spent nearly eight years crafting specialty injectable medications in an ISO level 8 clean room at a compounding pharmacy.

For the last five years, Tamra has worked in interventional radiology at the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Center, expertly caring for patients and managing conscious sedation with precision and compassion.

Tamra's approach is all about personalized care — whether that's hormone optimization, weight loss, or aesthetics. She's also the brains and heart behind her own clean, non-comedogenic skincare line, formulated in small, meticulous batches inside a private clean room.
